Confidence Report
Use this command to set report parameters for System Suitability Tests, Module Performance Tests, and Data Diagnosis. The extent of the report is determined by checking the boxes in the Content group. To perform a System Suitability Test or a Data Diagnosis, you must set up the corresponding section in the Confidence Report and also the Component Table. If either one is not set up, the calculation is not performed.

System Suitability Test Check to perform SST. | Calculate using: Select Full Width (USP) to have SST parameters calculated using peak width at the baseline. Select Half Width (EUP) or Half Width (JP) to have SST parameters calculated using peak width at half peak height.
RT of Non-Retained Peak Range: Enter the retention time for the non-retained peak. Criteria for Warning: Asymmetry (As), No. of Theoretical Plates (N), Resolution (R), and Signal to Noise Ratio (S/N) can be used as criteria for System Suitability checking. See: System Suitability Tests (SST) for more information on these parameters. |
Module Performance Test Check to perform the Module Performance Test. | The Module Performance Test is not available when the D-6000 I/F is selected on the Method Configuration screen unless the D-6000 is connected to a DAD detector.
Print Pressure/Temperature Profile: Check to have pressure and temperature profiles of L-7100 (pump) and L-7300 (oven) used plotted in the report. Note that pressure profiles are not available if the pump table has only one step (see Pump Setup). Criteria for Warning: Set up the threshold parameters for warnings by checking Injections to Column, Pressure at Start Time, Lamp Energy at Start Time, and Wavelength Accuracy. Note that for DAD detectors (except the L-7455), Wavelength Accuracy is disabled. The HSM prints the corresponding warning messages in the report if any of the following occurs:

Data Diagnosis Check to perform Data Diagnosis. | Diagnosis Peak: Check to perform data diagnosis using the diagnosis peak.Enter RT(min) to specify the retention time of the diagnosis peak, Window(%) to specify the window for the peak identification, Area/Height for the expected peak area or height, and Tolerance(%) for the variation allowed to perform peak diagnosis on the peaks in the STD samples.
Expected Conc Peaks: Check to perform data diagnosis using E-Conc Components specified in the Component Table. |
