Field	Description
Syringe	Syringe Speed - Select a speed number. When 500 µl Syringe is used, the flow rates for speed numbers 1 to 5 are as follows: 1= 5 lµL/sec 2= 10 µL/sec 3= 37.5 µL/sec 4= 75 µl/sec 5= 150 µl/sec Needle Down Speed - Select Fast or Slow. Syringe Volume (µl) - From the drop-down list, select the appropriate value for the syringe volume.
Injection	Injection Method - Select one of the following injection methods:· Cut-Volume Injection - Set values for Lead Volume (µl) and Rear Volume (µl). Note that if the 500 µl (or 100 µl) syringe is used, the sum of the Lead Volume, Rear Volume, and Injection Volume (specified in the Sample Table) cannot exceed 463 µl (or 63 µl).· All-Volume Injection - Set value for Feed Volume (µl). Note that if the 500 µl (or 100 µl) syringe is used, the sum of the Feed volume and the Injection Volume (specified in the Sample Table) cannot exceed 463 µl (or 63 µl).· Loop-Volume Injection - Set the values for Injection Volume (µl) and Waste Volume (µl) that are required parameters for this Method. Note that if the 500 µl (or 100 µl) syringe is used, the sum of the Waste Volume and the Injection Volume cannot exceed 463 µl (or 63 µl). In addition, you should make sure that the injection volume entered here is the same as that entered in the Sample Table.
Wash	Needle Wash Strokes - Select the number of needle wash strokes. Needle Wash Speed - Select the needle wash speed. Injection Port Wash Strokes - Select the number of wash strokes per port. Injection Port Wash Speed - Select the wash speed per port.
